We DID (we had to move all the foods and drink) The new lane wasn’t on for a long time again. Several minutes later another employee came to us and she said something is broken back there and we have to switch to another lane again. He didn’t not apologize or respond at all. So I had to ask the employee again if we could play bowling again. ![]() We’ve been really patient and waited it while we were eating foods, but the new lane was not on for a long time. When we asked him several times to switch lane, he told us that we may use another lane at right next one. I don’t know where I have to ask for a help when the lane got stuck and balls were not rolling back. Was that our fault? He is working there and he is getting paid for working there. ![]() ![]() What I was so disappointed was the employee told us that IT WAS NOT HIS FAULT with annoying voice. The lane got stuck all the time and we couldn’t play. It was my little girl’s birthday and she wanted to play a bowling, so we were there for family fun. This is the first time I left a review on website and I really hate to leave a bad feedback for a local business, however I felt I have to.
